hello 103! it's been a very very long time since i last posted! :D i finally found the username and password in my lost found diary. hee. this is sinlie here!
how's everyone's holidays? mine is boring! :)
oh and about class outings, anyone interested to go to a chalet or maybe Wild Wild Wet or something as a class? 'cos we don't really have alot of class outings [don't think so, actually], and we should try to bond. :D
next year we will be seniors! yay! so think about the class outing thing okay?

now we have to wait for post-EOYs activities and choral and drama nite and fund-raising nite thingy. hope u guys have a fun time.

anyway, take my suggestion abt the chalet thing seriously. actually this is Yun Ling's suggestion, but yeah, i think it's nicee, worth consideration =D

Cross country very fun rite? RITE??? We dun have to get MC de, it's so fun. Especially the last part, it's like
swooping down the slope thingy. Dun play play. Anyway, BTs are over, so I'm here slacking. We must all keep the blog alive!!! Tagboard so many posts but nobody post on the blog. Che. Hope everyone did well for BTs.

Hmm, cross country just now was tiring isn't it?? Urgh, next year haha everybody let's get MC! Lols -.- Just kidding haha. For the competitive run, the results are

Jieying and Yongqing didn't get any placing but i bet they ran well :D So yepps. Applause applause peepos! And i hope the others had fun in the FUNFUNFUN run, wahaha.
Oh yeahh blocks are overr :D :D :D Ok i know it's a bit late to say this but nvm! And we got back our physics paper too and i think we're gonna get back a lot of papers tmr :O We have Chinese, Maths, Geog and Langs arts tmr. Woah. Be prepared for the worst. And of course the best hahas.

Hope you're enjoying your hols so far. Apparently, on the day of the Youth Day Funfair, there will be something called the Fashion ROJAK! which is is a fashion show that will feature a fusion of fashion from the four ethnic races of Singapore.
It will be held at the podium in the quadrangle, occurring at various intervals between 10am to 2pm. A time slot of 10 to 15 minutes will be given for each dance troupe to perform. (alternating with Dance ROJAK!).
The fashion show acts as a means of demonstrating the idea of multiculturalism, which can be defined as a society that reflects the integration of diverse cultures, through the culture of clothes.
The theme of the fashion show is “Fusion Fashion” where costumes have to be designed using ethnic garbs of different ethnic groups matched together.The fashion show is also an interclass competition. Each class is to participate, designing one costume and sending a representative to model it. There will be a preliminary round when school reopens and a final round (which is the fashion show on the day of YDF).
There will also be a teacher’s round (teachers are encouraged to join) – something to look forward to! :D
Votes will be taken during the fashion show on the day of YDF, using funfair coupons. The finalists from each level and teacher with the highest amount of donations will emerge as winners of Fashion ROJAK!
So now we hafta design a costume based on the judging criteria (attached), and we need to pick a representative from our class to go! ((: The theme for our level is 'Malay Extravaganza' and we need to get our costumes together by Term Three, Week One. Our budget is ten bucks and we are encouraged to use materials from home. The preliminary rounds are on Term Three, Week One.
So, send me your designs and stuff and who you think should be the representative! (You can volunteer if you want to :D) Could y'all do so by Saturday please? Cuz we're really kinda short of time. Thanks so much!
